Ife Craig attended Bishop Anstey High School in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. It was there that she received the foundation subjects which equipped her with subjects that put her on the path way to entering her dream career.

After graduating from high school she went on to the University of the West Indies where she graduated with a BSc Hotel Management from the Mona Campus. That programme include spending the last two years in the Bahamas. Upon completion, she returned to Trinidad and Tobago and began her career in the Culinary Arts at Crews Inn, Lighthouse Restaurant. It was there that she knew more than ever that she wanted to formally study Culinary Arts after securing a place on the award winning Culinary Team of Trinidad and Tobago. This led her to Le Cordon Bleu in Miami to follow her dream.

Her working experience includes: internships at the Five Diamond Four Seasons Hotel in Nevis, The Sandals Resort in the Bahamas, and The Ritz-Carlton in Washington DC. Prior to beginning her career as a Culinary Entrepreneur at Ginger & Spice Café (a catering and events service company), Ife worked as a Banquet Chef at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Port of Spain, Trinidad.

She accomplished her goal to start her own business before her 30th birthday.
